Longevity Programs

Strength for the years ahead.

Longevity is not a single workout or a short challenge. It is a long-term commitment to the physical abilities that make an active life possible. Matteo works particularly with people in midlife who want to build strength now and continue developing it over the years ahead.

01

A long-term coaching relationship

The program begins with a conversation and assessment of training history, current ability, movement, habits, and personal goals.

Matteo then builds a progressive strength program, coaches its execution, and reviews it regularly. As the client becomes stronger, or life changes, the program changes too.

02

Train for what matters to you

The goals may include gaining strength and muscle, moving with greater confidence, returning to training, or remaining capable for travel, sport, family life, and everyday activity.

The program is individual because the life it supports is individual.

03

Built on strength, sustained over time

Matteo’s background in athletic performance brings rigor to this work, while his experience with people of different ages and abilities keeps it practical.

Progress is measured over months and years, not marketed as a quick transformation.

Begin with a conversation.

Tell Matteo a little about your training history and what you would like to be able to do in the years ahead.

Longevity programs are strength coaching, not medical care. If you have a health condition, please check with your doctor before starting a new training program.
